JOB SUMMARY:
Adams Outdoor Advertising (AOA), the 4th largest and largest private Outdoor Advertising firm in the U.S., is seeking an experienced FP&A Associateto join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) principles, as well as experience in developing and maintaining financial models, preparing financial forecasts, and developing annual budgets.
The FP&A Associate supports data-informed decision making by the Legal, Real Estate, and Operations Teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) principles, as well as experience in developing and maintaining financial models, preparing financial forecasts, and developing annual budgets.
The FP&A Associate supports data-informed decision making by the Legal, Real Estate, and Operations Teams.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE:
- Responsible for the financial planning of Legal, Real Estate, and Operations Functions for the Company.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making across the assigned functions.
- Prepare financial forecasts, reports, and presentations for the short-term and long-term across the assigned functions.
- Provide analytical support for various real estate projects, offering insights into potential financial impacts, cost-saving opportunities, and strategic considerations.
- Develop budget forecasts and scenario analysis to evaluate the financial impact of various asset decisions.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify and explain differences between actual and budgeted results.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management and effectively communicate to convey financial information and insights.
- Performs other functions as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in finance,accounting,or a related field
- 1 years of experience in FP&A within the commercial real estate industry highly preferred
- Strong understanding of financial modeling,forecasting,and budgeting
- Familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Corporate experience preferred
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, adeptly transforming complex financial data into insightful presentations
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
