ADAS Safe operates specialized brick-and-mortar service centers dedicated solely to the precise calibration of Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) sensors in post-collision vehicles, in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standards.

We are a young, entrepreneurial team positioned favorably to win in the fragmented, nascent calibration industry. The speed with which ADAS has emerged against the backdrop of a slow moving automotive industry provides an opportunity for an operationally focused and well-funded disruptor.

Role Description: Director of Customer Success

Requirements:

● 1 years of experience in sales/marketing role

● Highly professional, willing to be the initial point of contact for a new customer base and represent the values of ADAS Safe appropriately

● Well versed in CRM solutions, qualifying leads, composing marketing copy

Responsibilities:

● Build relationships with collision centers and earn new business through door to door outreach

● Educate existing and potential body shop clients on the importance of ADAS calibration, and ADAS technology in general

● Qualify leads in new geographies by building spreadsheets listing all collision centers within a 20 minute radius, ranked by size

● Maintain relationships with existing collision center clients in mature locations

● Prepare forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales leaders, CRO, and upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning

● Land and expand: build process and funnel for manual top-down reach out, onboarding, activation, and expansion

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
