POSITION TITLE: Administrative Assistant
CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt
POSITION OVERVIEW:

ADB is seeking an Administrative Assistant to work under the supervisor of the Vice President of Fleet to provide administrative support to the Fleet Department. The ideal candidate will have general administrative knowledge, a high level of attention to detail, with a strong work ethic and ALL IN attitude to achieve results.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide basic level administrative support within the Fleet operations team, including but not limited to, DOT Driver file maintenance and compliance, E360 System Admin duties, creating and monitoring various work orders, verify technicians daily time, etc.
- Assists with collecting, tracking, analyzing, and reporting on various items
- Enter outside vendor invoices, add invoices to the cost ledger
- Perform cost imports once that process is ready
- Creates and maintains the reference order parts list for various units
- Perform mileage imports once this is ready
- Performs mileage offsets between E360 and Zonar
- Requests missing unit info from Tech when you see WO open for it
- Ability to work within the Zonar system to update driver records, pull reports, generate credit card statement, invoice etc.
- Performs other position duties as assigned by leadership

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Corporate headquarters is located at: 18777 US Highway 66 Pacific, MO 63069
- Must be able to work in a variety of physical positions like sitting, squatting, standing, walking, climbing, etc.
- May be exposed to uncomfortable or distracting sounds or noise levels while onsite
- When working on site, will be required to wear common protective of safety equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats, and steel toed boots.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
- Entry level administrative role, 1 year of administrative experience preferred
- Previous experience working in a construction environment preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent required
