Genesys Integration Developer - Ramana/Madhuri
Prudential insurance
Remote
Duration 10 months
Rate -$50 to 60/hr on W2 or $70/hr on C2C
Main Responsibilities
o Demonstrates product expertise in most Genesys Cloud products
o Support in the development of Systems Integration processes, and application on Genesys projects.
o Facilitate and development of interfaces, requirements, and concepts.
o Support and co-ordinate in undertaking technical reviews of designs, plans, specifications, construction submittals, testing and commissioning documents, etc.
o Support and work closely with the wider Systems Engineering team, including Systems Assurance, RAMS, and Operations & Maintenance.
Must Have
o 8-9 years of experience designing integration solutions
o Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related area
o Experience implementing APIs using API-led connectivity
o Demonstrated experience as a technical advisor to multiple clients
o Demonstrated experience in designing end-to-end technical integration
o Hands-on experience with development technologies such as Java, JavaScript
o Experience in Genesys cloud integration and salesforce
o Hands-on experience with on-premise/cloud-based infrastructures, SDLC pipelines, and deployments/configurations and definition/evangelism of best practices/standards.
Nice to have but not required:
o MuleSoft Certifications ( MuleSoft Certified Developer Certification - Level 1 (Mule 4) or others
o Experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior level resources, consultants, and clients
o Experience with designing solutions for High-Availability, Fault-Tolerance, Performance Testing, and Tuning parameters.
o Experience driving workshops with technical and business clients to derive value added services and implementation
Salary : $50 - $70
