We are looking for our LEBANON plant (USA) :
Administrator IT - (M/F)
Core Responsibilities:
- Ensure the good functioning of the IT network, servers, and computers.
- Manage servers (monitoring, evolution, optimization, and maintenance); files servers, DHCP, DNS, AD, users, access rights, applications, emails, office 365, backup systems, antivirus, exchange, virtual environment etc.)
- Manage the maintenance of hard and soft client computers.
- Manage and administer the networks (cabling, switch, etc.) including monitoring, evolution, optimization, and maintenance.
- Define needs and manage the purchase of materials or maintenance according to budgetary guidelines.
- Ensure the security and sustainability of data (accessibility, rights, backups, etc.)
- Ensure the good functioning of communication tools (internet, messaging, VPN, Visio, etc.)
- Participate in the administration of information systems (CRM, ERP, CAD-PLM, etc.)
- Manage telephone system.
- Participate in improvement projects, modifications and implementation of IT resources and tools.
- Propose and manage information systems / technology service providers.
- Manage helpdesk tickets and participate in their processing.
- Create procedures, tutorials or operating instructions to capitalize the information, train and assist users.
- Participate in the ongoing review and definition of the Company’s information technology needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Systems Engineering or related field
- 2 - 4 years of related experience
- Knowledge of ERP systems would be appreciated.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, 365
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, results driven and detail oriented.
- Communicate concisely, accurately and in the appropriate manner with peers and operational personnel·
- Candidate should live in USA.
