Duties:
- Supervise the upkeep and repair of all equipment, machinery, and facilities to guarantee optimal performance and longevity.
- Uphold compliance with pertinent regulatory requirements and industry standards concerning maintenance operations, safety, and environmental preservation.
- Cultivate and oversee relationships with external vendors and contractors for maintenance services, ensuring both quality work and cost efficiency.
- Train, supervise, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, offering leadership, guidance, and support to foster high performance and job satisfaction.
- Establish and reinforce maintenance policies, procedures, and benchmarks to ensure the efficacy and efficiency of operations.
- Direct and manage all Maintenance and Housekeeping personnel.
- Coordinate schedules for maintenance staff.
