Job Overview:
This is a part-time job with the potential to become a full-time job once we are open to the public. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate House Manager to join our team. As a House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing operations, DCF Walkthroughs, Fire Inspections, Construction projects, Getting us up and operational.
Responsibilities:
- Making sure staff and clients are following policies and procedures
- Must be able to maintain relationships with vendors
- Must clearly communicate to CEO and COO status of operations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the facility
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and guidelines related to resident care
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident treatment
Qualifications:
- Must be a self starter with experience
- Must be deadline oriented
- Must have contacts in the community
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks
- Financial acumen and budgeting skills
