Job Responsibilities:
- Set up billing parameters related to new projects
- Review client contracts to assist in maintaining project budgets and billing terms
- Prepare draft and final invoice packages
- Research any unbilled items
- Identify and communicate opportunities for improvements to the billing process
- Work with cash receipts team to reconcile variances
- Write off and report any uncollectible receivables to Managements
Requirements:
- College Degree Required
- 5 years of hands-on billing experience, ideally with multi-year project billing
- Highly prefer industry experience within construction, architecture, and/or real estate
- Excellent computer skills to include Excel and Word
- Highly prefer Deltek Vision software
