Payroll Coordinator

Role: Payroll Coordinator

Location: Matthews, NC

Pay: $65000 - $75000 / year

Industry: Construction

Responsibilities:

• Review and upload daily payroll hours
• Weekly in-house payroll processing
• Compile weekly temp labor reports
• Process, review and submit quarterly taxes
• Understanding of taxes, state and federal
• Completing payroll journal entries

Requirements:

• 5 years of payroll experience
• Industry experience preferred
• System: Viewpoint Vista
