We are looking for a Payroll Specialist! Our client in Houston, Texas is seeking a Payroll Specialist on a contract-to-hire basis.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process payroll and help with benefits.
- Process multi-state payroll.
- Process corporate payroll twice per month.
- Handle Installation payroll every two weeks.
- Process Fabrication payroll every two weeks.
- Handle journal entries to allocate hours to the job.
- Perform job costing.
Job Requirements:
- ADP system experience.
- Multi-state payroll experience.
- Must know debits and credits.
