Job Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through evaluating and responding to production system problems and questions.
- Support day to day operation of critical business systems and the resolution of support request
- Managing and maintaining the ESXi environment using the vCenter 7.x and later
- Maintain system compliance with security controls and standards.
- Maintain department goals and service level agreement for Incident Management.
- Develop, enhance, and leverage your leadership and project management skills by participating in large, medium, or small project teams focused on delivering business solutions that positively impact the bottom line.
- 8 or more years of experience developing, optimizing, and supporting IT (Information Technology) Infrastructure.
- Professional certification(s) (e.g., VMware VCP) desired.
- Strong knowledge of VMware 7.x or higher to include vCenter, vSphere, and ESX 7.x
- Must have experience with Data Center Infrastructure and fundamental concepts
- VMware ESXi 7.0 and later
- Cisco unified computing system (UCS)
- Experience with VMware NSX-T
- Experience with cybersecurity frame works (CIS (Center for Internet Security), etc.) and best practices for system configuration, patch management and vulnerability remediation.
- Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a fast pace dynamic environment.
