Regional Manager

We are a large global real estate, investment and consulting company, and in connection with the expansion of the presence in the United States, we have an opening for a Regional Manager.

This is a very important position, because our representative is a key figure of the company in the region, which means performs the most important functions to ensure stable work, is a link between employees, partners and investors.

We expect our regional representative to be a sociable, executive and stress-resistant person, will have analytical and strategic thinking skills and will not be afraid to apply new technologies in business processes.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting oral and written negotiations with potential partners, investors and colleagues via phone, mail and messengers
- Receiving and sending correspondence
- Search and negotiations with suppliers and buyers
- Control of the company's cash flow allocated for development in the region
- Constant interaction with the team and supervisor

Requirements:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Discipline and diligence
- High interest in real estate market and new technologies
- Willingness to work and to earn
