Requirements:

- CNOR- Certified Nurse Operating Room strongly preferred
- Ambulatory Surgery, Management Certification preferred
- 1 Evaluation/Letter of Recommendation
- License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current Nursys, ACLS and BLS - Facility will not pend certs)
