  • CRCST certification
  • Minimum of 2 years in Central Services sterilizing experience and/or Instrument Technician
  • Resume
  • Skills checklist (within 1 year)
  • Certifications - certifications dont need to be active at time of submission but must be willing to obtain
  • License- OR license doesn't need to be active at time of submission but must be willing to obtain
  • COVID vaccination - no longer required
  • BLS (AHA)
