Full time Daylight Opportunity as an Administrative Assistant in Latrobe!
Monday through Friday.
What will you do?
For our accounting team:
- Complete and mail monthly invoices, log in received checks, coordinate meetings, take minutes, process miscellaneous invoices, assist with maintaining contracts.
- Update Microsoft SharePoint information, organize and maintain physical files, order supplies, gain familiarity with and use various company computer applications.
For our human resources team:
- Process and complete employee background checks, including criminal, FBI, and state related requirements. Follow up with employees to ensure they remain current.
- Assist with maintaining various personnel-related files and provide support to the new hire onboarding process. Make copies, scan documents and load them into various systems.
- Other duties as assigned.
We need someone who is capable with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, etc.), comfortable with learning to use computer systems to perform work, and familiar with basic office technologies such as phones, scanners, printers, and copiers. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to work well with others, complete assigned tasks independently, and follow work processes and regulatory guidelines.

Salary : $27,100 - $34,300
