Services delivered will include marketing the program to perspective families, training families and onboarding committed families according to regulation and agency policy.
Adelphoi Village, headquartered in Latrobe, has more than 600 committed team members delivering residential, community, and educational support services to youth in need. Duties include:
- Providing regular sessions with families in order to train and onboard into the foster care program
- Schedule, plan, and execute recruitment events in surrounding counties
- Create and deliver presentations to community groups, churches, chambers, and at recruitment events
- Conduct interviews with families in order to complete Family Approval Document (home study)
- Document required information both written and electronically
- Complete required reports in a timely manner
- Maintain electronic and paper family files for services delivered and regulatory requirements
- Travel to family homes in surrounding counties
- Flexible hours: schedules sessions when families are available. Ability to work a Hybrid Schedule (Mix of Office and Home hours)
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required. Degree in Human Services Related field, and 2 years direct care experience.
Requires FBI, Act 33 and Act 34 clearances (agency assistance provided)
Valid driver’s license and car insurance required
