AUTO BODY PRODUCTION TEAM
ADESA is looking for great people to join our Final Finish team in the body shop! This team plays a vital role in our vehicle reconditioning and sale-ready process. Final Finish Technician
The Buff Tech is tasked with ensuring all refinished surfaces meet both ADESA as well as customer standards.
- Inspects all refinished surfaces for imperfections
- Color-sand cured surface areas as needed
- Apply proper cut and buff techniques to achieve a high-quality finish
- Uses machine orbital buffers taking proper precautions to mitigate burn-through
- Sand & Buff, Fresh Paint Buffing
- Using knowledge of various products, applied compounds, swirl removers, polishes
- Re-inspects surface areas to ensure all quality standards met
Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Must be qualified to operate a motor vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Must have a demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Must have the ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
