JOB DUTIES:
· Complete administrative work associated with the sales process to include high volume estimated ship dates, order tracking, and part substitution options
· Address incoming calls/emails regarding ship dates, tracking and product lead times
Identify opportunities for process improvement, correct procedural or systemic problems.
· Provide outstanding customer service and assist with resolution of customer inquiries.
· Drive business growth through accurate and timely responses to customers
· Understand ADI/Resideo products, systems, and procedures
· Understand/knowledge of price quotes and project registration process
· Provide Excellent Customer Service
· Take ownership of requests/tasks and drive them to closure
· Work with Analysts to understand report/metric development based on customer needs
YOU MUST HAVE:
· High School Diploma, or equivalent
· Some experience in the field

· Prior customer service experience
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Ability to diffuse a conversation or email exchange without conflict or confrontation.
· Ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
· Proficient in Teams, Excel, Access, Word, Power Point, and Outlook
