Title: Retail Clerk
Reports to: Assistant Store Sales Manager
Classification: Hourly / Non-Exempt
The success of the store team relies heavily on the Retail Clerk, who has several key responsibilities. Their main focus is on efficiently unloading product pallets from transfer trucks and ensuring the store aisles are well-stocked and clean. They also provide top-notch customer service by assisting customers in locating products, completing transactions, and maintaining a positive demeanor. Additionally, the Retail Clerk aids in delivering a wide range of equipment and supplies to customers.

What You Will Do
- Provide excellent customer service in-store and over the phone
- Operate point of sale system and equipment
- Operate forklift and distribute products
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of store, restrooms, and warehouse
- Assist in Delivery and set in place restaurant equipment to local establishments
- Maintain and organize all delivery paperwork
What You Will Need
- Excellent customer service skills, dependability and a team player mindset
- Pass a pre-employment physical & drug screen
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Forklift certified preferred
