Purpose & Overall Relevance:
Responsible for managing key logistics, project management, and adminstration for Culture Marketing Influencer relationships and product objectives. Provide day-to-day communication and support to both external and internal teams dedicated to the projects. Ensure effective communication flow between all internal parties and external counterparts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assure a strategic, proactive approach to celebrities and influencers who add value to the brand and our consumers and consistently evolve and add to the list
- Attend entertainment events and industry meetings for networking, when relevant.
- Maintain current product knowledge and clear target market objectives
- Coordinate all administrative needs for internally/externally

Support with product ordering and showroom management

Support with product seeding and gifting inlcuding post execution phase (clipping and tracking)
- Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day obstacles internally/externally
- Work with product teams on project timelines, materials sourcing, samples delivery and product forecasting
- Maintain production schedules, communicate timelines and ensure all teams follow
- Coordinate production dates/photoshoots and obtain all necessary approvals for images, digital mechanics and usage rights
- Provide marketing/PR support to launch collection and activate guerrilla marketing efforts
- Identify opportunities to connect Culture Marketing Partners to our brand through relevant global entertainment and sports activities.
- Field, evaluate and facilitate internal requests for appearances, support.
- Coordinate and provide support for retail launches per contract
- Work with Retail/Account Marketing to maximize product retail opportunities
- Assure that contract is being followed and invoices are process in a timely manner

Requested Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Project management skills and an ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence and presentations
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Knowledge of the music/fashion/style/entertainment industry
- High level of proficiency in Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook.
- Ability to make sound business decisions.
- Exercise professionalism at all times
- Strong organizational, problem solving, time management and resolution skills.
- Unconventional business hours may be required. (evenings, weekends)
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong network in the local Entertainment & Influencer scene
- Four year college or university degree in Marketing, advertising or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in related field
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for degree.
