What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Lead (Mon-Wed 6am - 6pm) position at Adidas?
- Collaborate with Operation Supervisor to lead a team of up to 50 hourly associates.
- Utilize warehouse tools, including radio frequency handheld units (“RF Guns”) and computer kiosks, to update
- transactions within the warehouse management system (WMS) and ensure employee activities are logged for Goal Post performance tracking.
- Understand and act as a role model in following all standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Train and coach associates to achieve all operational goals and service levels
- Mentor and develop teammates to perform better in their current roles while preparing them for future career opportunities
- Ability to develop and share best practices
- Help to foster a positive team environment that encourages all associates to provide insights and feedback to improve processes, adapt to an ever-changing business, and stay focused on customer satisfaction
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and orderly working environment
- Identify, report, and follow up on any property damage or safety concerns

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in distribution/warehouse operations
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as required
- Leadership experience preferred
- This position is 100% on-site. The working location of this position is Indianapolis, IN.
