Title: Maintenance Assistant
Location: Seattle, WA
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate will be following COVID protocols and precautions to include wiping down high frequency touch points in high access areas.
- Wiping glass, white boards, café and kitchen areas.
- Staging and setting up conference rooms, setting up office supplies, trash and recycling duties, lifting up to 50 lbs, and other light duty tasks
Job Duties:
- Performs general labor work as assigned including loading, unloading and moving materials.
- Facilitates office moves by providing moving crates, assembling furniture, nameplates, etc.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)May require valid driver's license.
- Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.
- Maintain cleanliness of the facility using standard cleaning procedures like vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, emptying trash, servicing restrooms, refilling and restocking paper products, dusting, sanitizing touchpoints, etc.
- Prepare conference rooms, arranging tables and chairs as requested.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Performs non-technical general building maintenance, light custodial and minor repair duties.
- Maintains the professional appearances of the property, equipment, engineering spaces, and common areas.
- Uses personal computer and / or PDA for work order system, email, ESS and training. Basic skills with Microsoft Office Outlook.
- Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs / ladders and ability to lift / carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
