What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Person position at Adientone?
Location is a Battery Plant-acid batteries/car batteries
Exposure to lead-safety gear provided- need to be worn when entering specific areas/ certain length of time
Individual will be responsible for: Budgeting management, client interaction, leading monthly client meetings, facility walk though, interacting as face to face with Vendors, contractors, pre safety checks
Working with:
Compressed air and chillers
Industrial and Heavy duty manufacturing equipment
Big chillers and big HAVC units on an industrial level
o Develops and maintains positive relationships with clients. Attends client meetings.
o Coordinates, oversees and/or manages repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors performing building maintenance, landscaping and janitorial work. Reviews work orders to ensure that assignments are completed.
o Responsible for facilities inspections and reports.
o Coordinates and manages moves, adds and change activities.
o Obtains and reviews price quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labor for projects.
o Manages capital projects. Prepares capital project and operating budget and variance reports.
o Manages vendor relationships and trains vendors on work order and billing procedures. Responsible for invoice processing and accuracy of cost center coding.
o Uses pc and/or PDA for work order system, email, ESS and training.
o Provides process and procedure training.
o Conducts financial/business analysis including preparation of reports.
O Assist in managing budget

o Other duties may be assigned.
4 years with prior supervisory industrial facilities experience is required
Associates degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred with focus on business, technical or management areas.
Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and intranet/internet. Ability to use work order system.

Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs / ladders and ability to lift / carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
