Monitoring the referral services’ requests with the time they received and entered the requests into the system. Documenting and creating the statistics to focus on the referral services. Observing with referral services and identify the strengths and weaknesses. Documenting the successful and failure rates. Concluding with the full report for the Executive Director and Board of Commissioners with the recommendations to improve referral services
