Title: Head of Technology Marketing
Role Overview:
We are seeking a driven and committed person to lead the technology marketing efforts for new business at Adimab. Building on the strong partnerships and industry connections already in place, this person will drive new business by extending Adimab’s external scientific presence in the biotech space. Through conference presentations and outreach to potential new partners, this person will increase Adimab’s industry footprint. As a primarily a marketing role, this person will help to develop the business strategy with the Chief Business Officer, the Strategic Alliances team, and the Platform Transfer team. Additional collaboration with the scientific leadership team to launch new technologies and ensure strategic alignment between Adimab’s future capabilities and the needs of partners.
Responsibilities:
Our integrated antibody discovery and engineering platform provides unprecedented speed from antigen to purified, full-length human IgGs with exquisite specificity and biophysical behavior. We offer fundamental advantages by delivering diverse panels of antibodies that meet the most demanding standards for affinity, epitope specificity, species cross-reactivity, and developability. We enable our partners to rapidly expand their biologics pipelines through a broad spectrum of technology access arrangements.

- Significant presence in the industry
- Regular attendee and presenter at conferences
- Outreach to potential new partners that leads to new deals
- Primary strategist for marketing and new business development
- Lead the launch of new technologies to existing and new potential partners
- PhD in a life science
- 10 years prior relevant experience in an externally facing scientific or business development role
- Enthusiasm for significant travel
- Ability to work and communicate effectively in a matrix environment
- Effective and engaging communicator
- Proven ability to think strategically
