This position is responsible to oversee the day-to-day operational performance of the verification or approver teams. They also support operational decision-making and ensure that systems are online to support the operation.
Supports learning and development program delivery by arranging workshop schedules and support requirements; prepares managers and employees to accomplish job results by identifying training needs; offering programs to meet needs.

- Training and day-to-day coaching of associates
- Monitors and reviews workload to ensure it is within Company, State, and Federal guidelines
- Encourage new ideas throughout the call center and actively support teamwork and strong positive relationships between management and the team.
- Evaluate Associate performance evaluations and monitor recommendations.
- Support the Staff to achieve individual, department, and company goals.
- Resolve complaints or concerns in a fast, positive, results-oriented fashion.
- Manage customers’ personal and credit files. Make credit decisions and support day-to-day operations.
- Ensure systems and operations are online and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of Federal and State laws governing Credit transactions and employment practices
- Comply with the HR T&D Dress Code

Education
- High School Diploma, or GED or equivalent, and a minimum of 1-year experience in this specific area
Experience
- 1-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
