DESCRIPTION
The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for assisting with various tasks in the warehouse. These tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: receiving and shipping goods, preparing customer orders, and maintaining an adequate stock of material.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the proper loading and unloading of merchandise from trucks.
- Ensures proper storage of merchandise in designated areas.
- Correct use of warehouse tools to complete tasks.
- Ensures warehouse machinery meets standard levels of functionality.
- Receives merchandise and ensure proper label is affixed.
- Reviews purchase order and invoice to ensure proper distribution of orders.
- Completes all customer orders (internal and external).
- Complies with internal security codes included in the warehouse manual.
- Records (data entry) merchandise quantities into systems.
- Identifies and reports damaged merchandise.
- Assists in physical inventory counts.
- Gathers customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves or relocate orders to a holding area.
- Performs duties as assigned by the warehouse coordinator or logistics manager.
- Ensures compliance with safety standards.
- This position may perform other projects or miscellaneous duties as requested or assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related warehouse experience.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency.
- Forklift Certified.
- Experience using pallet truck and other warehouse equipment.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) required.
- Great verbal and written skills.
- Great communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements
- Able to lift, climb / bend / squat 75 lbs. and stand for long periods.

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6 p.m.
