Associate Scientist

Responsibilities include:

Supporting a protein microarray screening platform to Client Client molecular glues as a new therapeutic modality based on targeted protein degradation.

Follows established experimental design and protocols, as well as routine tasks and studies, to obtain reproducible and reliable results under supervision.

Plan, monitor or conduct experiments, analyze and record experiments and data, collaborate with group members, and communicate and present data to the team.

Effectively transfers experimental methods from literature to the lab and makes modifications as necessary.

Engages coworkers in scientific discussions and communicates data and interpretation to work group.

Skilled and/or knowledgeable in the use of standard laboratory equipment and with one or more major laboratory instruments/techniques.

Effectively trouble-shoots equipment and experimental difficulties.

Contributes to internal/external reports, papers, presentations

Coordinates and organizes resources needed to complete the task



Requirements:

Degree in Biology, Biochemistry or Analytical Chemistry ; experience in a Biopharmaceutical working environment



Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:

Skilled and/or knowledgeable in the use of standard laboratory equipment

Data analysis - BS w/ 3 years of experience

Documentation and reporting

Must have lab work experience





Compensation:

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
