Maintenance-Facility Level 1 - Colby, WI

Reports To : Maintenance Manager

Position Back Up : Maintenance Manager, Other Maintenance Personnel

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• Work cooperatively in a team environment and accept and follow directions.
• Able to work with multiple types of people and personalities
• Follow time and attendance guidelines in accordance with the employee handbook.
• Must be capable of following very detailed parameters and understand the importance of Revela Foods standards.
• Must be comfortable working at different heights throughout the plant
• Must be comfortable working with various chemicals
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Decision-making skills
• Good reading, writing, and math skills
• Must be comfortable working weekends if needed
• Must be able to lift, stand, walk for long periods of time

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

RESPONSABILIDADES LABORALES

• Coordinate all maintenance assignments with the maintenance scheduler.
• Keep facility walls free of missing paint.
• Keep facility floors free of voids and cracks.
• Ensure all entrance and exit doors are in constant proper working condition.
• Ensure all entrance and exit doors maintain a proper seal.
• Maintain clear pathways around plant exterior doors.
• Shovel and salt all entrances to the plant.
• Replace any / all burnt out light bulbs throughout plant.
• Complete additional tasks assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
• Complete work order and preventive maintenance reports. Ensure all work is properly documented.
• Respond to reports of suspicious activity related to food defense.
