Schedule is: M-F 8am-4pm

Up to $1,000 signing bonus for new hires (paid out at 30, 60 and 90 days) ask more details!

Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

  • Provide technical support to staff and the management team on UKG scheduling software issues as they arise
  • Provide training to management and staff as needed.
  • Collaborate with management team on staffing levels, open positions, call outs and staffing ratios at all program locations.
  • Audits timecards on a regular basis to ensure hours match scheduled hours.
  • Assist in outreach to relief employees.
  • Collect and analyze data to assist supervisors in meeting programmatic needs as well as budgetary goals.

 

Qualification/Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent. Associate or Bachelor degree a plus.
  • Previous experience with scheduling software a must. Preferred experience with UKG software.
  • Knowledge in general residential programming preferred.
  • Team player, excellent verbal and communication skills, adaptable in different situations, possesses excellent client interaction skills, able to multi-task and work independently.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities are a requirement, schedule conflicts are bound to arise that will require creative solutions.
