Position: Full-Time Warehouse Associate
Location: Londonderry, New Hampshire
Schedule: We're currently working our 9/80 summer schedule! M-F Schedule, enjoy every other Friday off!
A six-month 9/80 work schedule (a two-workweek schedule of eight 9-hour days, one 8-hour day, and one day off) and from November to April, 8:00AM to 4:30PM Monday through Friday

Admix is growing and we're looking to add a Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Londonderry! The Warehouse Associate will fulfill and process orders, accept incoming shipments, assist with kitting, as well as the delivery of materials to other departments and oversee the general organization of the warehouse. The Warehouse Associate is a motivated team player with a strong can-do attitude with a knack for accuracy and efficiency, as well as taking direction and can work both independently as well as within a team environment. The Warehouse Associate must be able to lift 50 pounds, be quick yet efficient and have computer skills for inventory management purposes.
Warehouse Associate Duties/Responsibilities:
- Physical loading and unloading of product in varying sizes and weights using a pallet jack, forklift, as well as by hand, including lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, bending, twisting, kneeling in a safe and efficient manner
- Transport items and/or equipment from daily inbound receipts to appropriate locations
- Assist couriers and delivery drivers' load vehicle, verify load for accuracy and work to maximize delivery efficiency
- Assist with building a variety of crates and pallets to ship our equipment using hand, power, and pneumatic tools
- Pack equipment on pallets or in crates using best practices to prevent damage during shipment
- Assist with kitting, packing parts and inventory control
- Operate power equipment including forklifts, pallet handlers and hand trucks
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse area ensuring a safe and organized workspace
- Process information within the ERP system
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Warehouse Associate Required Skills/Abilities:
- Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines without sacrificing accuracy
- Basic computer skills
- Strong work ethic - dedicated to getting the job done quickly and efficiently
- Prior forklift experience preferred but not required (we offer training)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- General carpentry skills required including the use of equipment using hand, power, and pneumatic tools as well as the ability to read a tape measure
- Must be able to complete various activities in the warehouse that may require hours of lifting, standing and carrying
- Must have a strong can-do attitude with a knack for accuracy and efficiency as well as being a team player
