We are looking for a financial analyst to join the Corp finance team to help manage our data systems and processes that drive Adobe's fiscal deliverables. This role is perfect for an individual that is comfortable working with complex data sets, understands how to navigate various tools, and enjoys building out intricate data models. Lots of exposure to cross functional organizations and visibility to senior management. It's an exciting role and part of an exciting movement in Adobe finance organization.
What you'll do :
- Key contributor for both topline and expense metrics / reporting.
- Manage, review and implement roadmap for improving current dashboards & systems.
- Accountable for the timely delivery of projects as per established roadmaps by working closely with related stakeholders
- Develop and introduce new financial modeling assets
- Prepare and review documentation for current processes, model structures, and assumptions for finance systems and continuously identify gaps and opportunities for automation projects that will streamline workflows and processes within FP&A.
- Support reporting requirements via automated tools in support of data driven insights & decisions.
- Partner with finance systems and Anaplan system teams to assist with upstream data management, integrity and governance.
- Drive adoption of technology and process changes across the Adobe FP&A orgs.
What you need to succeed
- BS/BA in Finance or Accounting or finance information systems, CPA/MBA preferred.
- 3-5 years of FP&A or Finance systems experience, preferably with large, multi-national technology companies.
- Strong working knowledge of finance systems, relational databases and reporting / data visualization tools. TM1, SQL, Microsoft PowerBI, Alteryx and Anaplan are a few of the key tools used in our organization.
- Successful candidate will be assertive, motivated and have excellent communication skills; strong problem solving and analytical / critical thinking skills; and ability to prioritize and apply sound judgment
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal); ability to translate complex information into concise, and high-quality business requirements that resonate with stakeholders
- Excellent learning agility with bias toward analyzing and crafting order out of ambiguity.
- Robust project management skills, including ability to effectively juggle multiple ongoing projects to meet deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience in efficiently crafting and maintaining complex models is mandatory.
- Proven knowledge of financial fundamentals and forecasting process.
