The Opportunity
You will lead a small team of Business System Analysts in the US and Ireland, as part of the Credit department, and within Adobe’s Treasury organization. Adobe’s Credit department manages thousands of commercial accounts worldwide representing $10 billion annually in accounts receivable. Our success directly impacts Adobe’s cash flow and profitability. Your knowledge of credit and collections processes will be the foundation for you and your team as you participate in implementing new business initiatives, identify systematic ways to streamline business processes, and provide recommendations to enhance current systems. You will solve issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors. You will partner multi-functionally with Adobe’s IT organization, external consultants, and other internal business groups to enhance and improve business processes and systems across the organization. You will primarily be working with SAP, Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics, and HighRadius.
What you'll Do
  • Provide team support as a SAP Superuser – expert level SAP GUI functional knowledge, including FSCM CM, SD/FI and CC/CI; S4 HANA is a plus.
  • Be a business lead in the Microsoft Dynamics implementation
  • Lead a team of Analysts who have a wide range of projects, systems, and initiatives they are responsible for.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations for business process improvements where system automation can be applied.
  • Lead the team where system changes need to be evaluated, designed, tested, and implemented where it impacts the Credit organization
  • Supervise critical existing systems and identify causes of any failures.
  • Log and drive user stories and track bugs within Jira. Document project scope and requirements.
  • Work with multi-functional teams in the Adobe’s Finance and IT organization
  • Document processes and technical detail of automated systems. May provide user training to system users.
  • Be highly involved in UAT by creating test scripts, identifying test data, and documenting results.
  • Create and maintain reports in Power BI, Tableau, and/or Alteryx.
What you need to succeed
  • Knowledge of credit and collections processes
  • Have experience leading a team
  • SAP / S4 Hana super user experience including in-depth knowledge of SAP tables and functionality of FSCM CM and can view data with an analytical approach and problem resolution focus
  • Microsoft Dynamics experience, ideally with Quote-to-Billing process
  • Functional knowledge of Salesforce.com, Intaact, Netsuite, and HighRadius
  • Ability to define business requirements, govern scope, manage and document UAT for project and/or initiative.
  • An ability to multi-task, solve, prioritize, and work to a very high level of accuracy.
  • Capable of self-management and learning. A focus on growth and development and willingness to learn additional systems.

  • Bachelor’s degree or 7 years equivalent experience.
