The Senior Product Manager of Customer Engineering for Marketo Engage, will enhance our core product offering for largest B2B enterprises in the world.
Responsibilities
- Deeply understand and champion the needs of large enterprise customers as product manager for Customer Engineering group within the product and engineering organization
- Participate in QBR/SBRs with select customers, recommend technical solutions relating to their custom workflow and integration needs
- Conceptualize and develop products and accompanying product strategy
- Write detailed product specifications (encompassing APIs) as epics and user stories that allow for efficient development and prioritization
- Collaborate with UX Design team to create mockup and wireframes for product concepts
- Have an analytical approach and find ways to measure the success of your product and the features you launch. Be data driven in decision making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to thrive in matrix organization and function effectively in a fast-paced environment, providing strong leadership skills and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, verbal, written and presentation communication and interpersonal skills. A cross-functional influencer with ability to build strong relationships.
- 5 years of experience as a product manager or technical program Manager or similar role.
- Experience with modern web/SaaS technologies and systems
- Experience with technical aspects of the product such as APIs, interfaces, identity and integration workflows
