ADP is looking for a forward-thinking Technologist to help us accelerate our Identity Services global transformation efforts with a focus modernizing Identity technologies to enhance Associate Experience and Enterprise Security.
The Director of Identity Services role is responsible for shaping and leading the strategic direction and governance of the IAM program across the globe. You will direct the planning, implementation, and operations of the global IAM teams responsible for the design, delivery, and operations of identity technologies used by our internal Associates.
This role calls for a strong proactive Leader who will work directly with the business, and Senior IT Leaders throughout our technical, security, compliance, and legal organization to define, design, build, and implement Identity technologies and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership in the architecture and implementation of solutions to support authentication, authorization, provisioning, and privileged access management to address both technical and business requirements.
- Research emerging products and technologies to continually evolve Identity Services offerings.
- Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls, and related opportunities for control improvement.
- Maintain awareness of changing threat landscape to assess risk and evolve security strategy.
- Generate innovative ideas and appropriately challenge the status quo.
- Provide continuous improvement on the services offered through the measurement of meaningful KPIs.
- Build relationships and collaborate across various IT & business organizations.
- Drive adoption of newly implemented Identity technologies.
- Leads project budgeting, planning, and management.
- Coordinates with security leadership on risk prioritization and incident response.
Qualifications/Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in the Identity and Access Management and/or Information Security field.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in Identity and Access Management.
- Strong experience with strategic planning and execution of global solutions.
- Self-driven with proven capability to motivate and lead diverse remote teams.
- Able to manage competing priorities while clearly communicating expectations.
- Strong strategic vision with track record of successful solution delivery.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Strong ability to effectively communicate, both orally and written, with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiar with regulatory requirements and laws including PCI, SOX, SAS70, GDPR, etc.
- Experience working with ISO and NIST frameworks.
