In this role, you will partner closely with key function and business leaders across our Smart Compliance business unit and ADP overall, responsible for leading large scale, cross-functional efforts to mature our security program in alignment with security strategy.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and execute initiatives and activities in support of key security priorities, in partnership with Smart Compliance leadership and with support from partner teams. Act as primary contact for the stakeholders on projects that are key to functional and strategic success.
- Drive progress against key capabilities and maturity/risk reduction goals: Prioritize key capabilities for data security, establish plans and drive towards maturity/risk reduction goals
- Develop and execute targeted initiatives to address key opportunities: Identify high-impact areas and opportunities via various channels to develop a plan to address and execute to deliver improved outcomes
- Ability to lead and motivate the teams to achieve tactical and strategic goals, even when only "dotted line" reporting lines exist
- Bring together expertise and disciplined execution skills: Establish and leverage key external partners and practitioners to lead strategic initiatives that meaningfully identify opportunities to improve maturity across multiple capabilities and help us reach the maturity and risk reduction goals
- Bring with you a track record of successfully leading highly visible multidisciplinary teams on large or global scale on enterprise-wide initiatives and provides thought leadership
- Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Build and cultivate relationships and act as a core link between Senior Leadership, Security, Privacy, IT, Risk, Legal, Business, Sales and Marketing and other stakeholder groups. You maintain an outside-in perspective by building networks inside and outside of ADP
- Seek innovation and drive results: Continuously look for opportunities to apply innovative thinking and process improvement in line with our strategy and industry trends to drive results

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
- 6-10 years of related experience
- Experience working in a strategy or internal consulting roles strongly preferred
- Strong organization, prioritization, and rationalization skills
- Self-motivated with a high sense of urgency, personal integrity, and values
- Ability to develop executive-ready presentation materials with charts and data as appropriate
- Communication skills: Ability to grasp, translate and present technical concepts in easy-to-understand fashion for technical and non-technical audiences in both verbal and written forms
- Knowledge of the IT Security industry and the principles of security governance, risk, controls, and frameworks such as NIST
- Passion for Cybersecurity related functions, trends and principles
- Strong relationship-building skills: Develop and grow relationships, and communicate with senior stakeholders in a thoughtful manner, and ability to work across all levels of the organization

- Expertise in risk, cybersecurity or related disciplines
- CISSP, CISA, CIPP/IT, CRISC, CISM or any other security certifications
- Human Capital Management industry knowledge
- Background in Financial Services, HR / Payroll, Business Process Outsourcing, or related fields.
