Orient the focus of the team (especially the focus of the leaders) to the most important things. Oversee cross-functional projects or initiatives and drive decisions.
- Be a “player-coach” who can relentlessly get stuff done with your own two hands, and who can also hire/manage/develop an action-oriented team.
