What you’ll do

• Using data mining to extract information from data sets and identify correlations and patterns.
• Organizing and transforming information into comprehensible structures.
• Performing statistical analysis of data.
• Using tools and techniques to visualize data in easy-to-understand formats, such as diagrams and graphs.
• Using data to analyze trends that help inform business policies and decisions.
• Identifying and recommending new ways to streamline business processes by analyzing current data.
• Ensuring that the data is accurate and high quality.
• Communicating with stakeholders to understand data content and business requirements.
• Preparing reports and presenting these to management or clients as requested.

Who are you

• Ability to gather, view and analyze data
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Formulas) - required
• Proficiency with Advanced Microsoft Excel (Macros, Micros, Pivot table, V lookup, H Lookup etc.- required
• Strong Communication and Presentation Skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft suite, including Teams and Sharepoint
• Quick Learner
• Expert in Excel - V lookup, H lookup/ data validation, advance formulas, sorting, duplicates / conditional formatting/ co national formulas/ pivot table / report presentation tools - Excel / Google sheet - preferred
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Computer proficiency
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Proficient)

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
