Job Description
As an Insurance Sales Agent on our team, you will be responsible for generating new business by educating potential customers about their insurance needs, sell, differentiate, and negotiate insurance plans that match the needs of our prospective customers. The goal is to build strong positive relationships to ensure growth and increase your reputation as an agent.

· Bilingual in Spanish is a MUST
· No direct experience is necessary to be considered
What You Will Be Doing (Duties)
· Evaluate individual customer needs and financial status to propose insurance plans
· Meet sales targets and develop sales tools
· Take initiative and work independently while working in a fast-pace environment
· Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationship
· Reach out to customer leads by using our in house platforms
· Exceed client expectations by resolving customer problems and complaints
· Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
· Work with a variety of A-rated carriers to tailor each client’s experience
· Participate and engage in our trainings to expand your job knowledge and learn about new products and services
· Have an enthusiastic and positive attitude. You must be able to thrive in a competitive environment and not be easily discouraged
· Other duties as assigned
