If you are not licensed, we will provide you with paid training and help you obtain your Broker License!
Applicants must be able to generate new business by educating potential customers about insurance needs, sell, differentiate, and negotiate insurance plans that match the needs of our prospective customers’. The goal is to build up strong positive relationships, to ensure growth attainment and increase your reputation as an agent.

Skills:
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office
· Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
· Ability to work with goals
· Bilingual Spanish
· No experience is necessary to be considered
· Must have a great attitude and work ethic.
· Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
Responsibilities:
· Evaluate individual customers’ needs and financial status and propose insurance plans.
· Constantly update job knowledge and learn about new products and services
· Meeting sales targets and developing sales tools to support sale
· An enthusiastic and positive attitude. You must be able to thrive in a competitive environment and not be easily discouraged
· Candidate must be able to take initiatives and work independently and be comfortable working in a fast-pace environment.
· Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
· Reach out to customer leads by warm and cold calling
· Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
· Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
· Work with a variety of A-rated carriers to tailor each client’s experience
