Our Irvine office is currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager who will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives. This candidate will help with the development of a team by implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and fostering strong relationships with clients. Some tasks will include managing a staff, preparing sales forecasts and budgets, monitoring sales performance metrics, and conducting regular sales meetings and training sessions to ensure team productivity and effectiveness. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities with a deep understanding of sales principles, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach, all while demonstrating integrity, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
