Our Irvine office is currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager who will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives. This candidate will help with the development of a team by implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and fostering strong relationships with clients. Some tasks will include managing a staff, preparing sales forecasts and budgets, monitoring sales performance metrics, and conducting regular sales meetings and training sessions to ensure team productivity and effectiveness. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities with a deep understanding of sales principles, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach, all while demonstrating integrity, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Duties:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to ensure team productivity and effectiveness.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, and report on sales activities and results to senior management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors’ activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activity, pipeline, and customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual: English and Spanish Required
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Goal Oriented
  • Extensive Experience in Sales
  • Prior Experience in Leadership or Supervisory Role is Essential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
