**Overview:**

We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovative design and possess a strong skill set in architectural drafting and design software. The candidate must have actual design experience in San Diego including SFRs, ADUs, ADU stacking and Multi Family.

**Responsibilities:**

- Create detailed architectural drawings and schematics using software such as AutoCAD, Rhinoceros 3D, and Bluebeam.

- Collaborate with the design team to develop creative solutions for architectural projects.

- Utilize 2D animation and graphic design skills to enhance project presentations.

- Incorporate mechanical design principles into architectural plans.

- Implement Grasshopper for parametric design tasks.

- Produce high-quality CAD drawings for construction documentation.

- Assist in the development of project proposals and presentations.

**Skills:**

- Proficiency in Rhinoceros 3D, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam for architectural drafting.

- Experience with Grasshopper for parametric design tasks.

- Strong skills in schematic design and mechanical design principles.

- Knowledge of 2D animation and graphic design to enhance project presentations.

- Ability to draft precise and accurate CAD drawings for construction documentation.

- Familiarity with CAD software for architectural design purposes.

-Familiarity with the city of San Diego and their processes.

-The ability to work with a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $67,713.00 - $73,645.00 per year
