Someone who proactively engages with customers, reads cues, asks effective questions and responds appropriately.
Someone with the willingness to do what it takes to get the job done and support their staff.
A person to reinforce customers buying decisions at checkout and encourages purchase of additional items.
Someone who will help build customer loyalty by promoting loyalty program.
- A person who is confident with a winning attitude, and ability to adapt.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to speak to people from all walks of life about sensitive subject matter.
What is required?
- Minimum education of high school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Experience in sales/retail
- Full time hours with occasional overtime
- Prior management or leadership experience
