The Media Coordinator will directly report to the Development Director. The media coordinator will be responsible for producing and editing media, audio, and other forms of digital outreach that reflect and promote the Mission and Vision of Teen Challenge of Oklahoma Adolescent Centers. This position is understood as a voice for Teen Challenge of Oklahoma and is conducted with professionalism.
Responsibilities
Create a library of photos (camera and drone) and videos throughout the week of the program, school, and special events that can be used for social media posts, promotional opportunities, website updates, and other collaborative projects.
Social Media – fulfill the duties required by the State Office for mandatory posting for both centers.
Fulfill all the graduate video and SMC requirements from the State Office.
Coordinate the set-up and running of all sound and video requirements for events.
Run and edit any scheduled podcasts.
Bi-monthly check the center’s Google and Yelp reviews and answer any negative reviews with a prepared statement (DC and ED).
Create promotional videos like virtual tours, event commercials, etc. as needed.
Assist the Development Coordinator with duties as needed (editing, graphic design, etc.)
Teach and mentor students with audio and video design or other Creative Arts collaborations.
Inventory, test, and update equipment as needed.
Request purchases through the proper channels.
Submit approval from the Development Coordinator of student videos.
Speak in Chapel when needed.
You will be required to maintain preapproved office hours.
Working lunches are on the clock but not required. If you need 30 minutes to 1 hour to eat (usually off campus), you must clock out and adjust your hours to work the full day. You must notify the office when leaving to get lunch.
Work with a team on fundraising events.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED, College Degree preferred.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Valid Driver’s License and no major driving violations
All applicants will be background-checked.
Mature and Godly character.
TC Graduates must have been out of Teen Challenge for at least 12 months.
Amiable to the Assembly of God doctrine.
In full agreement with the Teen Challenge Mission Statement.
Must be a person of good character whose integrity is above reproach.
Staff must be a person of stable, sound judgment, and possess spiritual qualities such as patience, needed to work with residents from various family backgrounds.
