Join the team responsible to improve the technology platform used by Adobe's field selling organization. This role will work with cross-functional teams to manage the execution of technical programs and help our customers understand and adopt changes that these improvements create. If you have a balance of people, organization, and technical skills and have a strong background in organizing or change then this role may be for you. What you'll Do Work with business owners and product managers to understand business processes; employee roles in those processes; and interpret the impact of the technology solution on the processes and roles. Develops and maintains Project Change Strategy (Communications, Alignment, Training, Reinforcement and Resistance) and detailed plans Executes program level communications for broad audiences Leads Change Agent Strategy and Meetings Authors materials to be distributed for particular interest groups' meetings, emails, newsletters to ensure messaging aligns with Program status and brand Provides Change Coaching to program leaders Align with the Product Owners and Service Owners for Project business goals/drivers Works with vendors on overall program change plan Responsible for onboarding of new project team members Work internally within a matrixed, Sales Operations organization, as well as with various cross-functional teams at Adobe to execute and implement the plan. Aggregate, organize, and communicate project information with internal customers and extended teams. Convert technical team documentation into cohesive process driven user documentation and enablement materials. What you need to succeed Bachelors in Business or Technology or 7 years of equivalent practical experience in leading organizations through change Be a self-starter that thrives in the face of challenge, clearing obstacles with a resourceful and creative approach to problem-solving. Ability to operate with guidance on new projects. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Attention to details, balanced with the ability to absorb large amounts of information and distill it down to the essentials. Focus on doing what’s right for the business. Ability to work as part of a team, and act in a lead role as a subject matter specialist, within a team environment to meet results-oriented goals and pre-defined measurement criteria. Maintain a high energy and positive outlook, with a contagious sense of humor that helps you to adapt to the changing needs of the business. Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and understanding how these will help the business.
