As the Sr. Manager of Sales Systems & Tools, you will be responsible for making sure our sales representatives have the information and tools they need to deliver extraordinary customer experiences. You are a successful product & people leader who is comfortable navigating in a matrixed and ambiguous environment. You will help lead us through the evaluation and instrumentation of our engagement sales systems and tools to drive strategic improvements for phone sales operations across global SMB and Mid-Market call centers and internal teams. In this highly collaborative role, you will lead a team responsible for the development and execution of roadmaps to evolve our seller and customer experiences with the tools that they use. You will be responsible for supporting and managing the operational needs of inbound, outbound and customer success teams, collaborating across go-to-market, marketing, product, sales, enablement and operations. You have a track record of building successful teams and driving business efficiencies by identifying gaps, as well as evaluating new ideas, solutions and processes. Responsibilities: Collaborate with product manager to refine product vision, strategy and roadmap for sales representative experiences and the tools they use: Hendrix & Buying Program platforms AOP/VIP & Unified Buying Program Telephony Platforms, Genesys Amazon Connect, etc AI Solutions Messaging Platforms; LiveEngage Amazon Connect Outreach Ensure resources are aligned to achieve business objectives (e.g., executives, sales representatives, sales managers, GTM/product teams. Manage an intake and prioritization process across 8-10 tool technologies Conduct monthly/quarterly executive business reviews Define new sales rep and customer experiences based on feedback, insights, and experimentation in order to introduce new ideas, processes and technology that increase customer connects and engagement leading to improved rep effectiveness as well as capture customer sentiment and improve governance Advocate for sales rep experience and end customer experience, enabled by Adobe’s sales systems and tools and capabilities. Anticipate sales rep, customers and business needs Effectively communicate cases for new investments and measure value for current investments Requirements: 5 years’ experience in people management Confirmed experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for business to business sales rep systems and tools, like Salesforce.com or Microsoft Dynamics Experience launching large scale internal projects with working knowledge of change management Experience working with customer facing inside sales teams Bachelor’s degree in CS or related technical field, or meaningful work experience. Preferred Qualifications: Strong experience in understanding call center sales or support and BPO experience preferred An established record of launching successful products that improve customer experiences Experience with using new technologies to automate routine tasks and improve efficiencies is a strong plus
