PRIMARY PURPOSE
As Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of activities between associates, management, and customer support. This will include maintaining the Distribution Center Central Office to ensure the ease of proper office function and operation. Your work will be indispensable for the safety and success of the Distribution Center.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Coordinate the flow of activities between Associates, Management and Customer Support Center.
•Maintain updated p card coding and sign off on Bank of America site before the 25th of every month.
•Maintain confidentiality in all matters related to the position.
•Check correspondence, mainframe and PC mail.
• Answer phone and check voicemail.
• Maintain a professional customer service-oriented attitude.
•Run time and attendance reports.
• Process payroll related reports every Sunday.
• Record and report labor management volumes to Customer Support Center daily.
• Report to management explanations for associates that have no Time & Attendance hours.
• Perform matching for payroll vs pay mast.
• Handle timecard and distribution access problems.
• Perform duties related to Return-to-Work and TAD associates.
• Maintain associate database for payroll.
• Sustain updated phone listings for associates.
• Retain files in filing room.
• Coordinate performance reviews with supervisors.
• Retain files for DC Manager.
• Process miscellaneous reports for DC supervisors.
• Order office supplies.
•Assist in the organization of the company picnic.
• Assist with organization of company supported fundraisers.
• Conduct FMLA reporting and weekly emails.
• Strive to find more efficient ways to do the job and seek to reduce costs and improve labor productivity.
• Observe, report and correct (when appropriate) all unsafe and unsanitary conditions that could cause associate and/or customer accidents.
• Adhere to all company guidelines, policies and standard practices.
•Conduct reimbursement research and filing concurrently.
QUALIFICATIONS
•Ability to efficiently operate and follow instructions relating to use of the Time.
clock and LMS clock.
•Ability to reach, stoop, bend and lift up to 30 lbs.(of paper).
•PC skills.
•Microsoft Office applications.
•AS400 knowledge.
•10-Key.
•Phone skills.
•Detail oriented.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
