Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager in daily operations and management of the retail store
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Assist with visual merchandising and ensuring products are displayed attractively
- Train and supervise retail staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about products and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and maintaining records
Skills:
- Strong phone etiquette skills to handle customer inquiries and provide assistance over the phone
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory, stock levels, and store layout
- Proficient in basic math skills for cash handling, inventory tracking, and sales analysis
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and manage daily operations efficiently
