AdvanceCare is looking for Caregivers- Full time, Part-time, and PRN
We are a non-medical healthcare agency that provides care to those who wish to stay in the comfort of their own homes but need the extra help. This is where you come into play to help them achieve their goals. We are looking for caregivers who are compassionate, caring, and dependable.
Daily Tasks
Personal Care services include (but are not limited to):
- Monitoring Dieting & Eating Habits
- Hydration Reminders
- Safety Supervision
- Toilet and Incontinence Care
- Light Exercise Assistance
- Grooming/Hair Styling
- Assistance in & out of the bed
- Mobility Assistance
- Assistance with Hygiene
- Assistance with Dressing
- Medication Reminders
- Skin Care
- Hospice Individual Assistance
Companionship service includes(but are not limited to):
- Meal Preparation
- Grocery Lists Preparation
- Companionship
- Coordination of Visits
Homemaking service We take care of household chores such as (but are not limited to):
- Laundry & Ironing
- Changing Bed Linens
- Taking out Garbage
- Cleaning the Kitchen
- Cleaning Living Areas
- Organize/Manage Mail
- Organize Closets
Transportation service, we take great pride in offering safe travels to accommodate the following traveling needs:
- Pick-up & Drop-off at appointments
- Escort for appointments
- Pick up or Drop off Prescriptions
- Shop for Groceries
- Assist with Daily Errands
