Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:    
  • Advanced Project Management skills including ability to initiate and lead cross functional teams
  • Strong organizational skills, including ability to follow assignments through to completion
  • Strong knowledge of QMSs, including understanding industry requirements/expectations of a QMS MS office suite

Day to Day Responsibilities:    
  • Schedule, participate and lead in cross functional Quality forums aimed at understanding Quality Processes in detail.
  • Document meeting minutes and ensure completion of action items.
  • Create, update, review, and rote quality documentation in the document management system.
  • Collate metrics and report as applicable.
  • Translate concepts into actions.
  • May initiate, collaborate with, and lead cross functional teams for problem solving and planning.
  • Escalate project details, highlights, obstacles and opportunities to leadership.
  • May support other activities within the Corporate QMS team.

Red Flags:    
  • Multiple jobs in a relatively short period of time.
  • NO QMS experience.
